Frankfurt am Main, 15 September 2026 – Investor Relations is becoming increasingly important as a link between the capital markets and corporate management. For the management boards of listed companies, the function is increasingly evolving into an equal-level sparring partner – going far beyond traditional financial communications. The strategies and measures developed in this context must also be implemented in a targeted manner. In line with this high standard, GFD is continuously expanding its expertise in IR, financial PR and ESG and strengthening its team.

From October 2026, Sebastian Lehmann will join GFD as Director, taking responsibility for advising listed companies. With more than ten years of experience in leadership roles in Investor Relations and seven years as a management consultant, he has extensive expertise in strategic and operational communications with capital market participants. Most recently, Sebastian served as Head of Investor Relations and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at NORMA Group SE. Among other qualifications, he holds a master’s degree specialising in M&A from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
